A big second quarter helped host Grand Haven earn a 46-39 OK Red Conference win over West Ottawa Tuesday.

The Bucs (13-0) held a 12-10 lead after one quarter but outscored the Panthers 17-4 in the second quarter for a 29-14 halftime lead.

West Ottawa chipped away at the lead, outscoring Grand Haven by four points in both the third and fourth quarters but they couldn’t pull even.

Grand Haven’s Hannah Wilkerson finished with 16 points and Abby Cole had 10 points, 10 blocks and nine rebounds.
