Thrower and Davis lead Muskegon past GR Kenowa Hills in boys basketball

The tandem of Deshaun Thrower and Deyonta Davis led Muskegon to a 79-59 win over Grand Rapids Kenowa Hills.

Thrower finished with 16 points, six assists and four steals while Davis scored 16 points and had 10 rebounds, five blocks and two steals.

Muskegon led 44-33 at halftime and build a 60-43 lead after the third.

Juwon Martin scored 12 points, William Roberson hit three 3-pointers to finish with 11 points and Joeviar Kennedy chipped in nine points for the Big Reds.
