Mona Shores girls’ bowlers finish seventh in Division 1 Qualifying Block of state finals

The Mona Shores girls finished seventh in the qualifying rounds of the Division 1 state bowling finals at Northway Lanes.

Sterling Heights Stevenson finished first with a score of 3,390.

Mona Shores had a score of 3,273.

The Sailors had Baker games of 177, 183, 199, 168, 190, 178, 195 and 163. Their individual games were 878 and 942 in the Qualifying Block.

The top eight teams based on total pinfall after the eight Baker games, two regular game morning qualifying block advance to the afternoon Match Play Finals. The Match Games are decided by  total pinfall of one regular game and two Baker games.
