The Muskegon Lumberjacks dropped a 4-3 decision to the Chicago Steel on Friday night at L.C. Walker Arena.

Muskegon, which trailed 2-1 after the first period, received goals by Cullen Hurley, Zach Saar and Chad McDonald. Saar also added one assist.

Goaltender Kevin Lindskoug faced 35 shots as the Steel had a 35-34 advantage in shots.

Tyler Heinonen, a former Lumberjack, scored a goal for the Steel.

The Jacks finished 7-2-1 during the regular season against the Steel.

The Lumberjacks will finish their home slate of games for the 2012-13 regular season next weekend with a pair of games against the Green Bay Gamblers on Friday and Saturday at 7:15 pm.
