Jacqulyn Lynch was too much in Ludington’s 6-1 win over Reed City. Lynch tallied a hat trick and two assists in the Oriole’s district opener.

Ludington’s Ingrid Peterson also gave Reed City problems upfront. Peterson finished with two goals.

The Orioles cruised to a 2-0 halftime lead and came out even stronger in the second half.

Emma Lenz scored a goal to round out Ludington’s scoring.

Maddie Haugli had two assists and Roxanne Kirwin had one.

Ludington (13-4-2) outshot Reed City 20-4 as goalie Molly Hallead had three saves.
