MASON COUNTY CENTRAL SWEEPS WMC BASEBALL DOUBLEHEADER FROM HART

Mason County Central swept a West Michigan Conference doubleheader from Hart on Tuesday.

MCC won 17-1 and 15-0.

In MCC’s 17-1 win, Spencer Knizacky, Allen Barnhardt and David Anderson had three hits each.

Knizacky had three RBIs and Barnhardt and Anderson knocked in two runs apiece.

Peyton Tindall fanned three in three innings to earn the pitching win for MCC.

In MCC’s 15-0 win, Barnhardt and Knizacky had two hits each and knocked in two runs each.

Anders Asiala fanned four for the Spartans in earning the mound win.
