Muskegon Lumberjack forward Connor Hurley has been invited to participate in the 2013 NHL Scouting Combine  in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from May 27 to June 1.

Hurley, a native of Eagan, Minn., was one of 79 North American skaters invited to participate in this year’s combine that will also consist of the top seven North American goaltenders, the top 14 European skaters and the top European goaltender as ranked by NHL Central Scouting.

This past season, Hurley had 52 points (20 goals and 32 assists) and a plus-5 rating in 31 games played with Edina (Minnesota) High School. In 13 games with the Lumberjacks, he had nine points (one goal and eight assists).

Hurley is committed to play collegiately for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish out of the Hockey East Association following his USHL career.
