Whitehall native Nate McLouth led off Tuesday night’s game with a home run as the Baltimore Orioles went on to defeat the Seattle Mariners 7-2.

McLouth finished 1-for-4 and is now hitting .346 for the season. That is fifth-best in the American League.

He has scored 22 runs, which is tied for third in the league and his eight stolen bases is tied for second.

The first-inning home run was McLouth’s second of the season.
