Freshman Tyler Moss made his varsity debut with two hits and an RBI in Reeths-Puffer’s 7-2 win over Grand Rapids Union.

Moss came through with a fourth-inning RBI double and scored  on a wild pitch to put RP up 3-2.

The Rockets’ Jake Wagenmaker had a first-inning RBI single  to tie the score after GR Union had taken a 1-0 first-inning lead.

Pitcher Trevor Mosher posted the win for Reeths-Puffer with five strikeouts on 10 hits and three walks.

Jake Balkema and Matt Hoover had RBI singles in the fifth inning for the Rockets. JJ Covington had an RBI single in the sixth.
