Shoreline Sport and Spine is hosting a free Healthy Lifestyle Clinic of children of all ages.
The clinic will be Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Jack Schugars Field at Russell A. Erickson Stadium at Oakridge High School.
The two-hour clinic will focus on education and instruction on how children can move better, eat better and modify their behavior to give them a healthier start to their summer vacation.
Participants should be dressed for outdoor activities.
All those who attend also will receive a free ticket to the Muskegon Mustangs football game that will be played at 3 p.m. at Oakridge High School.
