Grand Haven native and recently acquired John Potter hit a pair of extra points in the Washington Redskin’s loss to Green Bay on Sunday.

Potter’s first extra point came in the third quarter after a Pierre Garcon 6-yard TD run.

After Jordan Reed’s 3-yard touchdown catch from quarterback Robert Griffin III, Potter came in once again and completed the PAT.

Potter was originally drafted by the Buffalo Bills, but was released early last season. He signed with the Redskins as a free agent this weekend.

Next Sunday, the Redskins host the Detroit Lions.
