BIG RAPIDS – The Hesperia Panthers are making a name for themselves, climbing to 2-0 in the Central States Activities Association standings with Friday night’s impressive 38-0 shutout of host Big Rapids.
The Panthers haven’t started 2-0 since 1996 and have never won a shutout victory over the Cardinals.
Hesperia attempts to make it 3-0, a feat not matched since 1992, this Friday against visiting Morley-Stanwood.
