Mona Shores takes third league jamboree

MUSKEGON – Mona Shores is clearly the class of the OK Black Conference girls golf field, as the Sailors won their third league jamboree Monday afternoon, winning the event by 30 strokes over second-place Reeths-Puffer.

The jamboree was held at Muskegon Country Club.

All six Sailor golfers scored in the Top 10, led by a second-place finish by Rylee George, Kendell McKinley (3rd), Dorian Smith (4th), Andrea Majeski (6th) and Maddie Burda (7th). Kennedy Potts finished ninth overall for the Sailors in the victory.
