Oakridge scores 49 first-half points in lopsided victory over Hart

The Oakridge Eagles were off and running right out of the gate on Friday night and routed the Hart Pirates 56-14.

Dan Shoop turned in a strong game with nine rushes for 178 yards and four touchdowns. He scored on runs of 11, 25, 37 and 40 yards. Kolin Chahorski rushed three times for 101 yards and scored on runs of 59 and 25  yards. James Abraitis added a 40-yard touchdown on his lone carry of the night.

Quarterback Austin Wright completed 5-of-8 passes for 88 yards and one touchdown, a 10-yard pass to Dom Greenawalt.

Hart’s Brandon Amstutz was a workhorse in the backfield with 20 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown. Joe Phillips also scored a touchdown for the Pirates.
