MUSKEGON – The Reeths-Puffer Rocket boys and girls cross country teams got the best of OK Black Conference rival Mona Shores Wednesday afternoon, as the Rocket girls downed the Sailors 24-31 and the Rocket boys defeated Mona Shores 27-30.
Leading the Sailor girls was Jackie Seward, who finished with medalist honors with a time of 19 minutes, 35 seconds.
Nicole Gagnon and Kelsey Nygren both finished with PR times for Mona Shores.
The Sailor boys got PRs from Lloyd Cisneros and Steffan Newman in the loss.
