It’s been a long time since Reeths-Puffer qualified for the state football playoffs. Mona Shores has never qualified.
But that could all change Friday when both schools go for their sixth wins, which would clinch playoff berths.
The Rockets will host Grand Rapids Union while the Sailors will host Zeeland East. Four teams – Reeths-Puffer, Mona Shores, Muskegon and Zeeland East – remain in the running for the O-K Black Conference title.
