Northwest Ottawa Recreational Association offering youth snowmobile training class

If your child is going to be 12 years old this season, the DNR requires they are certified to operate a snowmobile.

The Northwest Ottawa Recreational Association is offering a snowmobile training class on Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The class will be at the Grand Haven Township Fire and Rescue training room located at 13300 168th St. in Grand Haven.

Contact the NORA office at 616-850-5125 for more details. Registrations are accepted at 1415 Beechtree St. in Grand Haven. You can also register online once you receive your activation code from the NORA office.
