Ravenna couldn’t overcome a strong Grand Rapids Covenant Christian team in its Class C district volleyball loss. The Bulldogs lost 25-12, 25-14, 20-25 and 25-17.
Lindsey Jacobs led Ravenna with 19 assists, four aces and two blocks. Jamie Spoelman had seven kills and two blocks while Audrey Hanson had 14 digs.
GR Covenant Christian moves on to face Grandville Calvin Christian in the district semifinals on Thursday.
