Mason County Central boys down Ravenna 73-48

Mason County Central knocked off Ravenna 73-48 Friday in a West Michigan Conference basketball matchup.

The Spartans controlled the game throughout, leading 17-8 after the first quarter, 38-16 at the half, and 55-30 after three quarters.

Mason County Central (2-0) was led Anders Asiala with 12 points.  Kody Ambrose added 11 points, while Austin Krusinski had 10. Johnny Shafer was the leader in rebounds with 10.

Ravenna dropped to 0-2. Jake Sied led the team with 22 points.  Nick Castenholtz, Alex White, and Austin Sied each had seven points.
