Holton fell to Remus Chippewa Hills 61-46 in CSAA girls basketball action on Monday. Jacki Stone’s 22 points and 10 rebounds kept the Red Devils close in the first half.

A rough eight-point third quarter was too much to come back from as Holton trailed 44-29 with eight minutes left to play.

Hannah Guy sparked Remus Chippewa Hills in the second half as 12 of her 19 points came in the third. The Warriors led 25-21 at half.

Katie Wildfong scored 10 points and had five assists for Holton who played Remus Chippewa Hills evenly in the fourth quarter.

“Hanna Guy was the difference in the second half tonight,” said Holton coach Jayson Robins. His Red Devils fall to 3-6 overall on the season and 3-5 in the CSAA.
