Emily VanVliet’s 23 points propelled Grandville Calvin Christian over Kent City Friday 52-39 in O-K Silver girls basketball action.

Calvin Christian (3-3) led 25-22 at halftime and 40-28 after the third quarter.

Brandi Boehm led Kent City (4-3) with seven points, while Meghan Boyd, McKenna Carlson, and Kendra Dryer had six points apiece.
