MUSKEGON – It is true the Reeths-Puffer girls basketball team scored just two fourth-quarter points Friday night versus visiting Hastings (5-2).

But it didn’t really matter after the Rockets (5-2) held the Saxons to single-digit scoring in all four quarters, propelling the hosts to the 37-26 victory.

Leading 8-4 after one, Reeths-Puffer pulled away with a 16-6 second-quarter edge, leading 35-17 after three.

Camaryia Williams led the way with 11 points, while Kalisa Williams added eight, as did Gabby Klemp.

Hastings got a game-high 12 points out of Maddie Dailey.
