The Reeths-Puffer girls basketball team doesn’t stay down for long.

On Friday the Rockets lost their share of the O-K Black Conference lead with a  showdown loss to Mona Shores.

But they bounced back in fine fashion Tuesday with a convincing 55-45 league victory over Holland.

The Rockets only led 21-20 at halftime, but used an 19-9 third quarter advantage to take control of the game.

Kalisa Walker led the Rockets with 21 points. Elyssa Mattos and Camaryia Williams chipped in 12 and 10 points apiece.

Mariah Stewart had a game-high 23 points while Morgan Ricketts added 19 for Holland.
