A stellar defense and a powerful offense led the Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team to a 75-9 victory on Friday night to Alliance League opponent Kalamazoo Heritage Christian Academy.

The Eagles jumped out to a 27-4 lead after the first quarter.  In the second quarter, the Eagles made a 36-0 run before the half and then led 70-7 after three quarters/

Taylor Richards led the Eagles with 26 points, 19 rebounds, and five assists.  

Allyson Richards added 18 points and 13 rebounds. while Brianna Zehr had nine points and five assists.

In the Alliance League, the Eagles are currently in second place just behind Wyoming Potter’s House Christian.
