It took 60 minutes, but the visiting Ravenna Bulldogs snuck away with the 1-0 victory over Mason County Central in West Michigan Conference girls soccer action.

“I felt we were in control all game,” said Bulldog head coach Sean Wilson. “It was just a matter of time before we broke through – (that’s) two nights in a row like that – and we finally did break through.”

Ravenna’s Audrey Hanson, assisted by Alexis White, netted the match’s lone goal midway through the second half, while Bulldog goalkeeper Audrey Hanson turned backed four Spartan shots in the victory.

“The whole team played really well,” said Wilson. “We just struggled to finish our chances again.”
