Western Michigan Christian boys finish in sixth place, girls ninth, at Houseward Invitational track meet

The Western Michigan Christian Warrior track teams competed in the Houseward Invitational track meet on Saturday at Hudsonville Unity Christian.

The Warrior boys finished sixth in the 11-team field while the girls finished ninth of 11 teams.

In the boys meet, Illiana Christian from Illinois captured the team title with 148 points. Hudsonville Unity Christian was second with 83, followed by Grand Rapids Chrsitian with 63.

In the girls meet, Grand Rapids Christian took top honors with 88 points, followed by Grandville Calvin Christian with 84 points and Grand Rapids South Christian with 77 points.
