Oakridge scored a goal in each half to earn a 2-1 Division 3 district soccer win over Grant on Tuesday.
The win sends Oakridge into the district semifinals where they will face Fremont on Thursday at Oakridge High School.
Nicole Majeske scored 32 minutes into the opening half to give Grant a 1-0 lead.
Oakridge’s Shelbe Wilde scored sven minutes later to tie the game at 1-1 for Oakridge.
Brandy Weaver scored with 4 minutes left in the game to give Oakridge the win.
“Our girls hung on for dear life and found a way to win. Grant’s forwards and center midfielders did a great job against us,” said Oakridge coach Jeff Lohman.
