In case you didn’t know, the “trick play” video that’s gone viral was captured by Local Sports Journal

By now you’ve probably seen the video of the trick play in Saturday’s Muskegon Catholic Central baseball game.

In case you weren’t aware –  because the mainstream media sometime forgets to give credit – that video was shot and posted by Muskegon’s Local Sports Journal (Localsportsjournal.com).

Publisher/videotographer Jason Goorman was covering the game and captured the play in its entirety.

The video has been picked up and posted by NBC Sports, USA Today, the Detroit Free Press and many more websites.

The coach and two players from the Beal City baseball team made a special appearance Wednesday on the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends” morning show. They weren’t invited because they won a quarterfinal baseball game Saturday.

The video has been viewed about 330,000 times on YouTube.
