Jackson, a 6-4, 200 pound senior, said the coaches and the other incoming freshman at Buffalo played major roles in convincing him to accept the scholarship.

Buffalo led the MAC in game attendance and player grade point average last year, and head coach Jeff Quinn is reputable for pushing his players to complete their college degrees.

Jackson led Mona Shores to its first ever state playoff berth last season as a junior, and will be able to play his senior season without the pressure of choosing a college.
