The Muskegon Community College Jayhawks snatched up their first victory of the season against Jackson Community College by a score of 2-1.
Jayhawk freshmen John Waller and Chaise Schuiteman each notched a goal. Alex Rop and Edgar Alvarez picked up assists.
Jayhawk goalie Thomas Swiatek made four saves on five shots on goal.
Sean Ross scored the lone goal for Jackson Community College.
