The Muskegon Community College volleyball team closed out its conference season on a high note earlier this  week, beating Kalamazoo Valley Community College 25-20, 26-24, 25-15.

The Jayhawks improved their overall record to 19-13 on the season and 12-2 in conference play. They closed out the regular season with four straight conference victories.

Morgan Kelley led the Jayhawks with 13 kills, eight digs, and three blocks.  Autumn Winger added eight kills while Lindsey Kotecki had 6 kills and nine digs.

MCC will compete in Saturday’s MCCAA state tournament at Oakland Community College.
