The Hesperia Panthers fell to Lakeview 35-14 on Friday night in front of the home crowd.

Nathan McKeown scored from 15 yards out on a pass from quarterback Kade Witte to cut the Panthers deficit to 14-6 in second quarter.

McKeown caught three passes for 66 yards and one touchdown while quarterback Witte had six completions for 113 yards and a touchdown.

Joe Allen cut the Lakeview lead to 28-14 on a 3 yard touchdown run in the third quarter.  Adrian Castillo caught the two-point conversion.

Allen rushed for 75 yards on 13 carries and one touchdown.

Eric Rosema led the Panthers defense with nine tackles.

Hesperia slips to 1-6 overall and 1-4 in CSAA play.
