Whitehall downs North Muskegon 4-0 to clinch its eighth straight West Michigan Conference soccer championship

The Whitehall soccer team wrapped up its eighth straight West Michigan Conference championship Wednesday with a 4-0 victory over North Muskegon.

The Vikings got a first half goal from Patrick Johnson, with an assist by Garrett Damm. Whitehall put away the game in the second half with goals by Jonathan Gonzalez, Windsor Marecek and Daniel Dubois. Marecek, Robby Jacobs and Ethan Avery has assists on the tallies.

Whitehall outshot the Norse 17-4. Goalie Hayden Collins collected the shutout for the Vikings.
