The Muskegon Community College men’s basketeball team jumped out to a 14-point halftime lead and cruised to an easy 69-51 road victory Wednesday over Kellogg Community College.

MCC’s Eddie Tornes scored a game high 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Justin Kennedy recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds and also blocked four shots. Deshawn Sanders added 11 points in the victory.

The Jayhawks improved to 13-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play.
