Area high school wrestlers competed in individual regional tournaments Saturday, with seven winning regional titles and a total of 27 qualifying for the individual state finals.

Grand Haven’s Camden Bertucci took first place in the 125-weight class in Division 1.

In Division 3, Whitehall had two wresters win their weight classes – Reiley Brown (125) and Jwan Britton (135). Shelby’s Trent Montambo captured a regional title in the 285 weight class.

Hesperia had two grapplers win regional titles in Division 4 – Josh Ehrke (285) and Trenton Roesly (140). Kent City’s Shane Rodenburg also took home a first place medal in the 171 weight class.

The following are the other wrestlers, besides the regional champions, who finished in the top four of their weight classes and qualified for the individual state finals March 5-7 at the Palace of Auburn Hills:
