Tigers 8, Indians 4 – The Tigers won their fourth straight game on the strength of Nick Castellanos’ homerun and two RBIs. 

LSJ Logo incertAlfredo Simon earned the victory in his first start as a Tiger, pitching five and a third innings while allowing three runs on seven hits. Joakim Soria picked up the save by striking out the Indians final batter.
