Simon picked up his fourth win of the season. He pitched six and two thirds innings, allowing one run on six hits while striking out three.DH's IOTD

Detroit will look to take the series Sunday afternoon against Cleveland.

Detroit scored four goals in a playoff game for the first time since 2013 against Chicago, to push Tampa Bay to the brink of elimination.

Goalie Petr Mrazek picked up his second shutout victory of the series, stopping all 28 Lightning shots.

Riley Sheahan scored the game-winning goal late in the first period with a power play goal.

The series will shift to Detroit for Game 6 on Monday night.
