Royals 4, Tigers 1 – The Tigers fell behind 3-0 after the first inning and could not regroup, losing their second game in a row.

lsj-fb-logoDetroit had a chance to rally in the eighth inning with the bases loaded and one out, but failed to score.

The Tigers also had the tying run at the plate in the ninth but failed to rally.

Kyle Lobstein pitched seven and a third of an inning, allowing four runs on 10 hits.DH's IOTD
