White Sox 5, Tigers 2 – The White Sox scored four runs in the third inning to defeat the Tigers on Tuesday night.

Shane Greene struggled, pitching two and two thirds innings, allowing five runs on five hits.

Alex Avila hit his second home run of the season.

Detroit will look to even the series tomorrow night in Chicago.
