Western Michigan Christian used three late second half goals to top Coopersville 4-1 in non-league girls soccer on Tuesday.
Harlie Hubers’ goal with 10 minutes left to play put WMC up 2-1. Jessica Kinnucan gave the Warriors a 3-1 lead after Lauren Myers sent a well-placed through pass to set up the goal. Myers had two assists in the game.
Alexys Riksen scored her second goal of the game with less than a minute to play on a set play after a Coopersville foul just outside the box.
Lindsey Johnson posted the win in goal for WMC, which improved to 7-3-1 on the season.
