Western Michigan Christian took two games from Shelby in a non-league baseball doubleheader on Thursday.
The Warriors won 15-5 in the opener and 9-5 in Game 2.
Jared Varnado was the winning pitcher for WMC in Game 1 and contributed four hits at the plate.
The Warriors combined for 14 hits as a team. Eric Bourdo had three hits while Logan Waller and Brandon Butrick had two apiece. Cam Waller blasted his second home run of the season.
In the nightcap, WMC broke a 5-5 tie in the sixth inning with a Samuel Goorman RBI single. Tyler VanBeek knocked in two more runs with a single.
