Reds 5, Tigers 2 – The Tigers failed to sweep the Cincinnati Reds losing in Detroit on Tuesday night.

Detroit starting pitcher Kyle Ryan took the loss, giving up four runs on five hits in six and one-third innings.

Miguel Cabrera and Yoenis Cespedes each had an RBI.

The series will shift over to Cincinnati for another two games.

Record: 34-31

3^rd Place in AL Central (4 games behind Kansas City)
