Reds 8, Tigers 4 (13 innings) – Todd Frazier’s walk-off grand slam home run in the 13th inning led the Cincinnati Reds over the Tigers Wednesday night.
Detroit starting pitcher David Price pitched five innings, allowing two runs on four hits but was pulled due to a one hour, 12 minute rain delay.
Miguel Cabrera hit his 15th home run of the season and had three RBIs for the Tigers.
Ian Krol took the loss for the Tigers, giving up two runs on two hits in one and one-third innings.
Detroit will look for a series split Thursday night against the Reds in Cincinnati.
