The Eagles’ 16-hit attack included four doubles, a triple and a home run.

Wyatt Hilton dominated the Western Michigan Christian hitters on Monday. He surrendered three hits and struck out nine. Matt VanderPloeg hit a home run for the Warriors in the fourth inning to account for their lone run.

Kaleb Cook led Oakridge with three hits and three RBI. Hunter Benson and Jordon Fairchild each had two hits, two runs and two RBI. Brady Luttrull and Logan Layman also chipped in with a pair of hits.

Oakridge will face Leroy Pine River at Newaygo High School on Saturday in regional play.
