Tigers 7, Royals 4 – The Tigers snapped their three-game losing streak in comeback fashion, defeating the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday night.

LSJ Logo incertDetroit overcame a 4-2 deficit scoring four runs in the eighth inning. The Royals came into the game with a 123-1 record when leading in the eighth inning, since the start of the 2014 season.

Neftali Feliz tossed his first win as a Tiger, while Bruce Rondon picked up his second save of the season.

Detroit starting pitcher Daniel Norris took a no decision, allowing four runs on six hits in 6 1/3 innings.

The Tigers will start a three-game weekend series against the Houston Astros starting on Friday night.
