The Spring Lake football team picked up its first win of the season, defeating Holland 22-13 in non-league action on Thursday night.
The Lakers rallied for the victory by scoring 13 of their points in the fourth quarter.

Spring Lake led 15-13 with under a minute left when Josef Hissom forced a Holland fumble on a punt return and Gavin Paul scooped up the ball and scored.
Spring Lake quarterback Cam Ball threw for 97 yards and one touchdown, and rushed for 79 yards.
Ball also kicked three field goals from 26, 32 and 20 yards out.
Griffin Lorimer caught three passes for the Lakers for 63 yards and a touchdown.
