The Muskegon Community College soccer team used a strong second half to defeat Cornerstone 4-0 on Friday.
In the first half, Eric Bourdo found the back of the net with a one touch volley off an assist from Jesus Corona.
The Jayhawks were able to carry the 1-0 lead into halftime before scoring three second half goals.
Miguel Flores netted the second goal of the game for the Jayhawks, before Chaise Schuiteman beat the keeper in the far net a minute later.
The final goal of the day came when Flores once again found the back of the net off an assist from Coronoa.
Goalkeeper Ben Fales picked up the shutout for the Jayhawks making five saves.
