Canadiens 4, Red Wings 1 – Detroit Red Wings lost their second straight game on Saturday night against the Montreal Canadiens.
Dylan Larkin opened the scoring for the Red Wings 4:47 into the second period. The Canadiens responded with four unanswered goals, one in the second and three in the third period.
The Red Wings are 3-2-0 on the season, good for a fourth-place tie in the Atlantic Division.
Detroit’s goaltender Petr Mrazek lost his first game of the season, he stopped 37-of-40 shots.
The Red Wings will travel to Western Canada for three game starting on Tuesday night against the Edmonton Oilers.
