Fruitport, now 13-1-1 overall, is in first place in the Lakes 8 Conference while R-P leads the O-K Black.

Fruitport’s Noah Hendricks opened the scoring with an assist from Zach Shane.

Reeths-Puffer’s Noah Sorn tied the score with a goal following a corner kick.

Eli Flores scored the game-winner for the Trojans in the second half following a pass from Lucas Leslie.

Reeths-Puffer had a 7-6 advantage in shots on goal and a 5-3 edge in corner kicks.

Jared Cloutier, JD Lory, Luke Smith and Chase McIntire were cited for their strong defensive play for the entire game for Fruitport.

Connor Werschem got the victory in goal.
