Grant volleyball went 3-2 on the day and captured the silver championship at the Jenison invite on Saturday. 
The Tigers beat Comstock Park (25-9, 25-17) and Grandville Calvin Christian (25-16, 26-21) in the silver bracket.
In pool play, Grant topped Calvin Christian (25-19, 24-26, 15-6) but fell to Midland (23-25, 25-16, 15-9) and Jenison (25-20, 25-25).
Sierra Schuitema led Grant with eight aces, 19 kills, 75 assists and 30 digs. Courtney Wegener had five aces, 20 kills and 38 digs, Laura Bouwkamp added two aces, 27 kills, four blocks and 20 digs, while Kylie Patton had 13 kills and eight blocks.
Kenzie Nicholes had 38 digs and two aces and Andrea Gardner had 13 kills and five digs for Grant.
